Faith Gounder, CEO

Faith Gounder is the visionary CEO of Universal Queen International South Africa (UQISA). A successful businesswoman, qualified flight attendant, and qualified & trained business administrator, Faith combines professionalism with passion.

As an award-winning pageant director, she has extensive experience at local, national, and international levels, consistently producing high-calibre competitions. Beyond pageantry, Faith is a skilled events coordinator, model coach, and industry expert, dedicated to mentoring young talent and shaping the next generation of confident, empowered leaders.

Her commitment to excellence and empowerment has made her a respected figure in the pageant and modeling industries, inspiring countless young women to achieve their dreams.
